On the hamster wheel of life, slogging through car lines and camp sign-ups—doing the MOST. Juggling kids (or infertility or judgment for not having kids), a partnership that's either growing or dissolving, trying to move your body, maintain friendships, eat more than french fries, crush it at work, be sexy in the bedroom, have a clean and tidy house, and also enjoy it.
It's a LOT. 😵💫 And there's the quiet question of . . . "Is this...it? And do other women crave more DEPTH?" And you wonder if there are women who find ways to bend time, and pour into themselves and have it all without DOING it all and if, maybe, just maybe, their universe runs on more than a woman's will-power and project management skills (and also coffee and wine)?
The answer is yes. But the women woman-ing in a more sustainable way have a secret we don't often share publicly, because, let's be honest, for thousands of years it wasn't safe to do so.
Our universe runs on practical magic and an unwavering sense of Self. Oh, and we believe in energy/a force/a God bigger than us who guides us in runnin' this mutha. 😜
